Quick decisions are made, and quite soon, Dubya jumps up and shouts
"Right, enough, I'm the last one, go ahead and take that coffee for yourselves, greedy human bastards!"
Shrugging slightly, one of the crew members injects him (he doesn't resist) with the sedative, and Dubya slumps over.
His disguise as The Cleaning Personnel rips off, and his true self, Alien IV, appears before you.

It takes some time, but soon enough the alarms stop.
The Captain glances at the screen.
"Listen, people. Looks like our controls are back."
And so they are.

The coffee is delivered to its destination.
Ko Suteba II returns to Earth without further intrusions.

And here's how the story ends:
The Captain, Miv, can finally retire to the Southern Pacific island of his choice.
The Secretary, tick, becomes head of her own Coffee Machine company.
Agent K, La Paloma, returns to the Men in Black, has his memory wiped, and starts work in a tiny post office.
And the remaining clone, Adapa, has himself cloned as a female and spends the rest of his life in blissful self-adoration.
