This is Beta Version 1.0.0.0.1 for The Casino, designed to replicate Texas Hold 'Em Up Poker for the internet!I will assume that all players have a basic understanding of the rules of the game.
As for this version, there will be two hands played (to test the game mechanics, and to see whether a game of poker is a viable option in text form!) This should only go for one or two weeks at most (hopefully much shorter).
Each player will recieve $1000 starting cash. Bets can only be made in the following cash sums:
1) $25
2) $50
3) $100This means you can only vote with these combinations, so no $1 bets!
After the two hands have been played, the player with the most money remaining will be declared the victor. If a player loses all their money in the first hand then they are removed from the game.
There is no limit on the amount you can bet.
Anyone may talk in this thread, not just the players alone, but the spectators as well (seeing as they won't actually know the cards each player has). However, all players are required to type in Bold Writing.

Also, we can bet using those options in combination, right? As in 3 x 100 = 300, or 50 + 25 = 75.

The order of play will be the same order as provided at the top of this page with the numbers and your names. A * next to your name will denote the dealer button.
The blind will begin at $100 and will be deducted automatically (I will post it up in a second).
Each player will recieve their cards within the next few hours.
