With both pro-town and anti-town roles outed, and a possibly accurate theory about what sort of roles are on which side, and probably no more power roles left in a game of this size, I see no reason why anyone should be particularly squeemish about role-claiming.
Altho' we haven't heard from Jozline or MystikEel about whether or not they think it's a good idea, and I for one would like to know their opinions before anyone speaks up.

Kurupt, me and lurking: I know I have mentioned it and yes Tick is right, it's a pathetic excuse to fall back on but in terms of lurking, RL is at the moment really taking up most of my time. care to elaborate on this at all? I somehow doubt there would be more than one investigative type role left out of 5 people still alive. Other things: I believe Kurupt is pro-town as he said before the end of night one what he had at the end of his role, which upon my re-reading my own, is the same as what I recieved. For me, and if he's definitely investigated LP overnight, and come up with a townie result there too, then that's 3 out of 5 left that are townies. Tick's reluctance to claim until everyone else has, still strikes me as a bit dodgy. so... um Jozline... your turn for contribution!

Why join in on a game that needs lots of time to play if you haven't got that time?
I see it, if you've signed onto the game, then you've dedicated a healthy amount of time to it. If things come up, then maybe look to get replaced?
I don't see why all other players should be disadvantaged just because 1 player can't commit to the game.

Oh well, seeing as it's 2 days early, I am definitely all for roleclaiming, since I was counting on the other two nights and then maybe a day leeway to get moved. (I even told the mod as much and turned in my answer early. It'd have been kinda nice to be told to hold off so that I could stall the nighttime. Oh well, shit does indeed happen.)
One question first though: MystikEel, was that a full roleclaim? You are claiming a normal, plain 'ol townie?Jozline: that's about it. and Kurupt, if this game already wasn't cut down because of a lack of sign-ups, I probably would have asked for a replacement. I hardly think it's fair on Araltaln when it's started with 9 players instead of the full 12 to ask to have to find another player now... Game related: K, I know you pretty much claimed an investigative, 'eavesdropping' type role, but I'm interested to know if you're prepared to claim a little more specifically? (seeing so far, some players ie myself are songs, and apparently LP is a character from a musical, rather than a song). Just ticking over a teeny theory in the brain at the moment...

Supa-green! I tried to kill Mystikeel last night, which was why I wanted to make good and sure what her role was before claiming. I'm guessing that everyone agrees that if they were the doctor, (who's sadly dead) or a blocker, that they wouldn't have picked Mystikeel to save last night? (No offense MystikEel, just that there were much better targets. Meaning you had to be the GF with protection, unless there were other odd blocking things going on, but I figured the game too small. I suppose LP could have blocked me last night, but surely there were better prospects than I.)

Oops, sorry, I am the lovable "Grow For Me", from the musical Little Shop of Horrors, and each night I get to feed someone to Audrey II. (which sounds bad, but there was, I think, an indicator on my kills and the mafia kills, as my role tells me quite directly that my kills will be "missing" but of course, will never come back.

I also find it funny that, though it seems that LP's opera vs musical theme was right, because my role says I am from the musical version, stating that it's that way for the theme. I never caught that until just now, going back to grab my exact name

There is no night deadline at the moment. It would fall right at the start of Jozline's move; when she starts that, I'll simply put the game on temporary hold, wherever we be (night or day) so things don't go all pear-shaped. Nevertheless, please submit all night choices promptly so we can know where we stand.
Morning dawns, and another person is missing--no one claims to know where Tick has gone.
It's probably just as well, though, as far as the remaining cast is concerned.
