You are Puccini's La bohème, in its entirety. Naturally, this makes you part of the mafia, along with Tick ("Carefully on tiptoe stealing", H.M.S. Pinafore). If you perform the nightly kill, the person will show up as having "died of consumption". Naturally, you may speak with Tick at night, but not during the day.

You may find the knowledge useful that there is not a song from the musical Rent in the current cast. Then again, you may not (but it's still true).

Each night, in addition to your kill, you may choose a player's dressing room to leave a Gilbert and Sullivan work and recording in. This may lead people investigating that person to come to a false conclusion.

You are "Carefully on tiptoe stealing", from Gilbert and Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore. While some may consider you to be a musical (and, yes, this may be aided by the fact I've quoted another G&S work in the signup thread), you are, most properly, light opera. You are, therefore, mafia, along with Kaon (Puccini's La bohème). If you perform the nightly kill, the person will show up as "caught". Naturally, you may speak with Kaon at night, but not during the day.

In addition, you may use your ability to sneak around at night on nights you are not killing, to learn the ability another person has. For instance, if you investigated yourself, the result would be "Mafia ability cop". Unfortunately, by the time you reach your conclusion, it'll be too late to share this information with your partner Kaon before the start of the day.

* Kill someone and investigate someone else, in which case you will use the "caught" kill method.

You are "There's No Cure Like Travel", from the musical Anything Goes. You're right, too; each night, you may send someone on a (brief) vacation, saving them from any harm that might beset them that night. It doesn't really count if you're just sending yourself out, though.

Tick, I wonder if you thought you'd win by your actions of day 2? After making us Lynch a Townie, it was pretty clear we'd gang up on you.

yeah i didn't really think you would necessarily game up on me today, i felt I could perhaps sway lp and jozline into voting kurupt over me. and i was giong to use my alternate kill method, and then perhaps say jozline did it and was lying about the little shop of horrors, but then I'd have to explain my vig result.

But yeah, the fact is I had 2 investigation results, that would be confirmed, from 2 nights. on one of those nights we had a kill, you would have had to explain how I could have 2 results if i was the one killing people.

All I did was said joz was a vig, lp was a blocker, and we already knew kurupt was a cop, so by default mystikeel had to be mafia, which is why you were all so quick to jump on the bandwagon.
I don't think LP claiming to have blocked jozline would have changed that either.

and lacero, I knew there was a good chance you were the doc. jozlines actions didn't strike me as being doc'y at all. and i left lp alive so they could backup my claim when I said they were blocker.
would be not point me coming out and saying "im a cop, lp is a blocker" when lp is already dead.

ALso, when kaon was getting lynched and decided to come out and blow my info on lp i nearly screamed! and i'm glad he took my subtle hint to shut up

if kaon is mafia he is most likely lying, if he is telling the truth do we really want an important role outed for no reason?

If the mafia killed them also surely we would be told otherwise its a bit dumb. As they would be normal killed not just a kill, so.... i reckon maybe well done doc, or perhaps a blocker succeeded with a block. Either that or something bizarre we wont be able to figure out for a while. And while we are at it vote lacero for faulty er... induction/reasoning.

It was a nice game. My fluke investigation on Kaon on night 1 probably helped the Town a lot. Tick played well, as i didn't suspect him, unlike last game, till the last day.

Altho' reading Kaon's post, it seems that he picked up on your "something bizarre" comment instead, so maybe I've got your cunning plan all wrong...

Actually, I probably would have missed that clue.

G & S, as Araltaln already said, tend to get lumped in as Musical Theatre rather than "proper" opera.

Looking over the night actions, no wonder Tick argued the point about Mafia kill and mod killed so much. He knew what had happened. I was speaking logically, he was speaking on knowing what had happened. Doesn't really matter, as we got his Mafia buddy, but it could have been over by day 2 if I realised this and investigated him night 2.
