There are some Super Mario "clones" which are for real masochists. One is called Super Mario Forever and there are videos of one guy playing it in three parts: part 1, part 2 and part 3. It has a good audio track of the guy playing (obviously some staging, but still) contains some NSFW language. You can also watch the game getting cleared without dying (and no commentary either).

Then there is a sort of clone with a cat instead of Mario, also very evil and mainly funny if you like a guy getting killed a lot. Part 1, part 2 and part 3.

And finally there's "Asshole Mario" (as a summary you can just watch 134 attempts, superimposed).

I've seen a number of quite insanely difficult games pop up lately, why do people want to play insanely difficult games? I can understand the satisfaction when clearing something somewhat difficult, but it has to be fun getting there too, no? Anyway, I realise that I've linked to quite a lot of videos, watch the first and the last one, they are probably the ones most likely to amuse you.
