I'm currently in two games but THIS sounds great.
Normal is an illusionStickied means it's always displayed at the top of its category, before unstickied discussions. It's good for conversations that we don't want to fade away. If it's a mafia game sign-up thread, then making it stickied when it would otherwise drop down the list is probably a mistake because it ignores the real reason it's not getting any posts - in this case, probably because it hasn't been opened up to people in games yet
