Harvey Danger is a Seattle-based punky-pop band. They started in 1992, had some success in 1997-1998, and last year released an album called Little by Little. This album can be downloaded for free (or indeed buy a physical copy and get a bonus disc). They've explained when they released the album that they hoped that getting it out and shared would be better for them in the long run.

It's quite a nice album, a bit poppy, quite a lot of piano. Sometimes nice and spiky, sometimes a little bit boring (you know, like Keane), but good most of the time. You can get torrent files to download the album either in mp3 format or as ogg files.
